Qualifications

Customer service experience in healthcare or staffing is preferred.
Strong phone and email communication skills.
Comfort with social media channels and quick problem solving.

Responsibilities

Assist professionals and internal teams with onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation.
Make outbound and respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, emails.
Act as a social media ambassador connecting professionals with recruiters.
Use the ATS to document issues from support request to resolution.
Educate professionals on processes and set expectations for assignments.
Maintain proficiency with MS Office and social media platforms.
