Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals and internal departments resolve onboarding, payroll, benefits, portal navigation and tech issues.
• Make outbound calls as well as respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, social media posts, and emails.
• Act as social media ambassador engaging with healthcare professionals, answering questions and connecting professionals with recruiters.
• Use our applicant tracking system to communicate and notate issues from support request to resolution.
• Educate new, existing, and working healthcare professionals on processes and manage expectations for each assignment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and social media platforms; customer service oriented.
