Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Care Team Specialist to deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals. The role focuses on smooth onboarding, payroll, benefits navigation, and portal support.

You will communicate across calls, chats, emails, and social channels, educate on processes, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues. A high level of interpersonal skill and adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Customer-service oriented with client focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Adaptable to changing situations.
• Polite, helpful and direct on the phone.
• Able to relate to diverse people and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Create the best possible experience for healthcare professionals and improve candidate experience.
• Assist professionals and internal teams with onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls, chats, texts, social media, and emails.
• Engage with professionals as a social media ambassador and connect with recruiters.
• Use the applicant tracking system to document issues from request to resolution.
• Educate professionals on processes and manage expectations for assignments.
• Support professionals through pre/post boarding processes.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and communicate solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodations.
