CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager in Lincoln, NE. You will lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account, balancing talent, budgets, and timelines.

You will drive low-code app development, data pipelines, and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10 years in technology program management or data operations.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and dashboards (AppSheet, PowerApps, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the team delivering technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting for the client account.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Manage ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards supporting CRE data practices.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive AI tools to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Oversee low-code apps and related data pipelines and reporting structures.
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity to meet client needs on time and within scope.
• Financial Stewardship: Lead program-level forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Ensure security, compliance and scalability across tech.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical solutions for internal partners and clients.
