Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development, and AI-driven tools while balancing talent assignments and budgeting for the program.

Office location is in the United States with a focus on CBRE’s CRE data governance, security and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions and dashboarding/reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience coordinating financial forecasting and resource allocation in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting to align with client objectives and SLAs.
• Direct production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards for CRE data management.
• Drive AI tool development to modernize workflows and integrate new technologies into the client service ecosystem.
• Supervise design, build, and maintenance of low-code apps (e.g., Google AppSheet) and manage data pipelines and reporting structures.
• Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet competing customer needs on time and within scope.
• Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Track technology governance, security, and scalability across the service offering.
