Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering tech, data management and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development, and AI-driven tools within CRE data management, balancing talent and budgeting to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps).
• Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with the Google technology stack is preferred.
• Strategic mindset with ability to develop methods that have broad business impact.
• Operational skills including financial forecasting and resource allocation in project-based environments.
• Soft skills: organizational excellence, inquisitiveness, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Maintain ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive development of AI tools to improve service efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise low-code apps (e.g., Google AppSheet) and data pipelines.
• Resource Management: Balance capacity and assignments to meet client needs.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Ensure security, compliance and scalability across services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical solutions; act as tech lead for initiatives.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members; align with CBRE values and stakeholder expectations.
• Policy & Process: Influence internal procedures while following functional policies.
