Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development, and AI-driven efficiency tools, balancing talent and budgets.

You will manage dashboards, reports, and data workflows while driving AI strategy and stakeholder engagement. The role emphasizes governance, security, and scalable solutions within CBRE’s CRE data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps) and dashboarding/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strategic mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions with broad business impact.
• Operational experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation in project-based environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, inquisitive mindset, and ability to persuade senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications.
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet client needs on time and within scope.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology across the service offering for compliance and security.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
