Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering tech, data management and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code apps (AppSheet) and AI-driven tools, balancing talent and budgets to meet client needs.

You’ll collaborate with internal partners, govern technology across services, and mentor staff while modeling CBRE’s RISE values in a fast-paced CRE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years in technology program management or data operations.
• Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms and dashboards (AppSheet, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to forecast budgets and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team delivering technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting. Ensure all projects align with client objectives and SLAs.
• Direct production of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards supporting CRE data management.
• Drive AI strategy to modernize workflows and integrate new technologies into the client’s service ecosystem.
• Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications and their data pipelines.
• Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet client needs on time and within scope.
• Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Track and oversee all technology across the service offering for compliance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
