Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code apps, and AI-driven tools to improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities include balancing resources, managing program-level budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring governance, security, and scalable solutions across the client ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years in technology program management or similar.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (AppSheet/PowerApps) and dashboards.
• Strategic mindset to solve complex, broad-impact problems.
• Experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tech, data, AI and reporting teams to meet client SLAs.
• Direct production of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines and dashboards.
• Drive AI strategy to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supervise low-code app development and data pipelines for apps.
• Balance team capacity and forecast program budget and performance.
