Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions and dashboarding/reporting platforms.
• Experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation in project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team delivering technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Direct production and support of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Drive AI tools development to improve service efficiency and modernize workflows.
• Supervise low-code app development and manage related data pipelines and reporting structures.
• Balance capacity and assignments to meet client needs on time and within scope.
• Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Govern technology across the service offering ensuring security and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
