Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager in Topeka, KS to lead a team delivering tech, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee reporting, data pipelines, low-code apps, and AI-driven tools, balancing talent and budgets to meet client needs and scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct the production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive the development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications and data pipelines.
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet client needs on time.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology across the service offering for compliance and security.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into solutions.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members and model CBRE RISE values.
