Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, and low-code app development while balancing talent assignments, budgeting, and governance across the program.

The role emphasizes driving AI strategy, modernizing workflows, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code Solutions (AppSheet, PowerApps).
• Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with the Google technology stack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct the production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive the development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications (e.g., Google AppSheet).
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet competing client needs on time and within scope.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology implemented across the service offering, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members to develop expertise in technical disciplines and manage stakeholder expectations.
