Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager in the United States to lead a cross-functional team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee reporting, data pipelines, low-code development, and AI-driven tools while balancing talent, budgeting, and governance.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong dashboarding and low-code skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management or data operations.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions and dashboarding/reporting platforms.
• Strategic mindset with ability to solve complex, high-impact problems and persuade stakeholders.
• Experience with financial forecasting and project-based resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: oversee the team delivering technology, data, and AI solutions for client accounts.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: manage reports, data pipelines, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytics.
• AI Strategy: drive development of AI tools to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: supervise low-code apps and data pipelines for reporting.
• Resource Management: balance capacity and assignments to meet client needs.
• Financial Stewardship: forecast, budget, and track program financials.
• Technology Governance: ensure security, compliance, and scalable tech across the service.
• Stakeholder Engagement: translate business needs into technical solutions; main tech contact.
• Mentorship & Influence: coach team members and model CBRE RISE values.
