Cloudera seeks a collaborative Contracts Manager to join its legal team supporting the United States sales organization. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including enterprise subscriptions, services agreements, NDAs, and complex order forms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with sales, deal desk, and revenue teams, ensuring policy compliance, managing risk, and improving contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience negotiating sell-side technology and data contracts.
• Strong knowledge of software industry issues including data privacy, cloud computing, IP protection.
• Experience with AI, commercial transactions, and complex technology negotiations.
• Excellent communication and client service skills; able to interact with customers and management.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate contracts with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and global legal standards with respect to hybrid deployment, data privacy, and licensing.
• Advise management and internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations, and mitigate contractual risks.
• Compile and analyze contract-related data while maintaining accurate historical information.
• Build strong relationships with sales, deal desk, and revenue teams to close deals efficiently while minimizing risk.
