Job summary

Cloudera seeks a collaborative Contracts Manager to support our United States sales organization. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including enterprise subscriptions, services agreements, NDAs, and statements of work while aligning with global policies.

You will engage with sales and cross-functional teams, manage contract data, and advise on contractual risks to facilitate timely deals and protect company interests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years negotiating sell-side technology and data contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, IP protection, cloud computing, and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in AI, commercial transactions, and complex technology negotiations.
• Superior communication and internal/external customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, sales teams, and all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate enterprise subscription and services agreements, NDAs, complex order forms, and statements of work.
• Provide contracting expertise to enable new and follow-on business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and global legal standards across hybrid deployment.
• Build rapport with internal clients (sales, deal desk, revenue) to close contracts efficiently while minimizing risk.
