Cloudera is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Legal team in the United States. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including enterprise subscriptions, services agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for the US sales organization.

You will collaborate with sales, deal desk, and revenue teams, ensuring compliance with hybrid deployment, data privacy, and licensing requirements while mitigating risk and advising stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years in sell-side tech and digital data contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, IP protection, cloud computing, software development, and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in AI, commercial transactions, and complex technology negotiations.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Superior communication and internal/external customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable dealing directly with customers, sales teams, and all levels of management.

Mansioni

• Negotiate and provide contracting expertise with cross-functional teams and customers for new and follow-on business.
• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and global standards for hybrid deployment cloud software, data privacy, and licensing.
• Prepare contract paperwork, advise management of contractual rights and obligations, and mitigate risks.
• Balance competing priorities and exercise strategic judgment on when to escalate.
• Compile and analyze contract-related data and maintain historical contract information.
• Build rapport with internal clients to facilitate efficient closing of sales contracts while minimizing risk.
