Responsibilities

• Work at the counter as a service writer and assist customers by educating them about vehicle conditions.
• Assist in the shop as a technician and complete services to VIP standards.
• Complete required training and certifications for Service Writer and Installation Technician.
• Contribute to achieving VIP productivity and customer engagement targets.
• Follow VIP processes and participate in team meetings and trainings.
