Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in Winslow, ME is seeking a Tech-Advisor to help us deliver a different and better customer experience. You will work at the counter and in the shop, guiding customers through vehicle condition based on MPI inspections and VIP processes.

Qualified candidates have automotive service experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certifications. We provide training, safety, and opportunities to advance within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience.
• Two-year college or technical program recommended.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Current, valid driver’s license; ASE certifications recommended (C1, P2, G1, A4, A5).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter as a service writer to explain vehicle condition.
• Work in the shop as technician to complete services per VIP standards.
• Complete LMS and vendor training; obtain BATS, TPMS, ASE certifications.
• Maintain safety, facility, and equipment; ensure clean service department.
• Support management to meet VIP program standards.
