Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate repairs and recommendations clearly.
• Strong business sense with ability to analyze, prioritize, identify, and implement solutions.
• Solid organization and time management skills for multitasking in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of automotive servicing and the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as priority #1 and follow all safety policies and training.
• Serve customers at the counter as a service writer when needed, educate them on vehicle conditions.
• Perform vehicle servicing as a technician when required and complete services per VIP standards and procedures.
• Complete required LMS training, vendor training, and certifications (BATS, TPMS, ASE).
• Aim for above-average customer engagement and higher billed hours; support the team’s performance.
