Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE certifications and state license requirements referenced in duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the counter, explain vehicle conditions per VIP processes.
• Perform service writer duties and assist technicians as needed.
• Complete required LMS and vendor training; obtain BATS/TPMS certifications and ASE credentials.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the service area.
• Support management in achieving KPI targets and customer satisfaction.
