Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Tech-Advisor (T/A) in New Hampshire to deliver exceptional customer service and high-performance results by learning VIP processes and standards. The role supports both service writer and installation technician duties, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer education.

You will participate in LMS and vendor trainings, earn ASE certifications, and help drive a superior vehicle service experience for customers at their location.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is a priority and follow safety policies.
• Assist at the counter as service writer, educating customers about vehicle condition.
• Work in the shop completing services per VIP standards.
• Obtain required training and certifications for both roles.
• Aim for high customer engagement and billed hours.
• Learn VIP processes and execute duties to deliver better customer experiences.
• Maintain facility and equipment; report issues.
• Ensure compliance with service ethics and regulations.
• Communicate with management to ensure standards and policies.
