Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Tech-Advisor to join our team. The role collaborates with service writers and technicians, educating customers on vehicle conditions and VIP processes to deliver a superior customer experience.

The Tech-Advisor may rotate between counter service and shop technician duties, ensuring quality workmanship and safety adherence on every vehicle. Responsibilities include managing work orders, completing training (BATS, TPMS, ASE), and supporting daily performance

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound business sense with ability to analyze, prioritize, identify and implement solutions.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

Ensure workplace safety is priority and follow all safety policies.
Consult with customers at the counter and educate on vehicle conditions from MPI inspection.
Perform service writing duties and take work orders as assigned.
Complete required training and certifications (BATS, TPMS, ASE).
Support service manager to achieve target performance and customer experience goals.
