Job summary

VIP seeks a Tech-Advisor to live VIP's mission of earning automotive customers for life by delivering a different and better experience. You will work with the team to ensure effective communication, safety, and high-quality service at the location.

This role blends counter service, shop technician duties, and ongoing training. You will engage customers, complete vehicle inspections guidance, and achieve productive billed hours while upholding VIP standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, identify, and implement solutions.
• Understanding of automotive servicing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the counter as service writer when needed.
• Work in the shop as technician when required, completing services per VIP standards.
• Complete required training and certifications for both roles.
• Maintain safety, ethics and regulatory compliance in the service area.
• Support manager to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
