Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Tech-Advisor (T/A) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support both service writers and technicians. You will learn VIP processes and participate in training to earn essential ASE certifications while contributing to safety and quality at the store.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and meeting VIP standards to drive customer satisfaction and higher billed hours across shifts.

• A comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist at the counter as service writer and educate customers on vehicle condition.
• Work in the shop as technician when needed and complete services per VIP standards.
• Complete required training and certifications for both service writer and installation technician.
• Strive for high customer engagement and productive billed hours.
• Maintain facility and equipment and ensure a clean service area.
