Job summary
Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success for a leading DLP AI cybersecurity platform. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across onboarding, policy tuning, and customer health management.
You will translate security risk into product roadmap, drive large multi-year deployments, and collaborate with engineering to prevent data leaks while delivering measurable ROI to CISOs. Remote US with global reach and travel.
Qualifications
- Leadership in post-sale cybersecurity and customer success.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity risk into product requirements and roadmap.
- Able to onboard and train global teams and prevent churn.
Responsibilities
- Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false-positives.
- Orchestrate onboarding sequences and governance for rapid deployment.
- Monitor customer health metrics and act to prevent churn.
- Feed frontline intel to the roadmap for zero-day defenses.
- Scale a high-performing cyber success team and mentor others.
- Triage incidents with Eng to close gaps before they trend.
