Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management and Customer Success to lead post-sale cybersecurity success for a DLP AI platform. You will onboard global teams, translate security risks into product requirements, and drive customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal.

You’ll partner with Engineering and Sales, develop executive-level playbooks, and scale a high-impact team while traveling 30% to customer sites and workshops.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Technical Account Management or CS for cybersecurity products.
• Experience scaling DLP or cybersecurity platforms.
• Strong communication with CISOs and executives.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce false positives.
• Onboard customers within 30 days and ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor policy adoption and prevent churn with proactive outreach.
• Translate frontline feedback into roadmap and prioritization for engineering.
