Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success for its DLP AI cybersecurity platform. This remote US-facing role leads onboarding, policy tuning, and post-sale customer success initiatives to prevent data leaks and prove ROI for CISOs.

You will guide enterprise teams, translate cyber risk into product requirements, and drive seven-figure deployments while traveling 30% for executive sessions and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Master the DLP AI Engine: speak regex, ML classification, and behavioral analytics; debug policy false positives while briefing the CISO.
• Orchestrate Zero-Friction Onboarding at Cyber Speed: build launch sequences—live fire drills, policy simulators, executive playbooks—getting DLP AI live and enforcing in under 30 days.
• Run Customer Cyber Health Like a SOC Dashboard: instrument real-time signals (policy adoption, leak attempts blocked, user friction spikes) to predict and prevent churn before the customer feels pain.
• Fuel the DLP AI Roadmap with Frontline Intel: funnel cybersecurity feedback—endpoints blind, USB control requests—into sprint zero for zero-day defenses.
• Scale a World-Class Cyber Success Empire: hire, train, and arm a team that turns every support ticket into a cybersecurity success story.
• Triage Like a Cyber Incident Commander: partner with Engineering to reproduce, prioritize, and neutralize DLP gaps before they trend on Dark Web forums.
• Travel Like a Cyber Road Warrior (30%): on-site for red-team workshops, CISO dinners, and turning pilot POCs into multi-year deployments.
