Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success for its cybersecurity DLP AI platform. This role leads post-sale cybersecurity success globally, coordinating onboarding, policy tuning, and executive-level communications with CISOs.

You will shape the product roadmap with frontline intel, expand deploys to multi-year seven-figure deals, and supervise a growing team. Remote-first with on-site engagements across the US may occur.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical account management for cyber security platforms.
• Proven ability to onboard large teams and drive customer success in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of DLP and cybersecurity risk translation into product needs.

Responsabilités

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false-positives while briefing CISOs.
• Orchestrate onboarding sequences to get DLP AI live in under 30 days.
• Run customer cyber health dashboards to predict and prevent churn.
• Feed frontline intel into the roadmap to ship zero-day defenses.
• Scale the team and mentor junior staff for cybersecurity success stories.
• Coordinate incident triage with Engineering to close gaps before they trend.
