You will manage on-duty shifts, develop talent, drive clienteling efforts, and ensure exceptional service, while promoting brand standards and coordinating with store leadership on operations and product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales management experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and trends.
• Proven ability to drive customer loyalty and measurable results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor coaching and provide feedback to Client Advisors.
• Open/close store as Manager on Duty and lead shifts.
• Deliver daily objectives and business communications.
• Develop cross-category selling and product knowledge.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular performance conversations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
