Gucci Las Vegas is seeking a Team Manager to lead and inspire the store team, delivering an unsurpassed luxury service culture on the selling floor and driving business and product category goals.

You will coach and develop Client Advisors, recruit talent, and represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, ensuring exceptional client experience, strong data-driven clienteling, and flawless execution of selling ceremonies.

Competenze

• 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with track record of developing teams.
• Proven ability to drive outstanding client experiences and loyalty.
