Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver a superior client experience and achieve KPIs on floor.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development conversations with Client Advisors.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; manage performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, stock management, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive category performance and events.
