Job summary

The Escape Game in Torrance is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, anticipate each guest’s needs, and do whatever it takes to make their day. You will supervise a 4–15 person team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining TE G standards while creating a fun, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, coordinating game starts, coaching staff, handling cash and inventory, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15 on shift.
• Open and close the store; ensure games start on time.
• Maintain store standards and coach team with TEG principles.
• Manage cash handling and inventory controls.
• Ensure guests have a five-star experience and depart happy.
