Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality and lead a team during shifts. You will anticipate guests' needs, energize the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a five-star experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, starting games on time, managing breaks, coaching with Continuous, Gracious Pressure, handling minor repairs, and overseeing cash/inventory while maintaining TE G standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, painting, standing, lifting 30-40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG's Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15.
• Open and close the store; ensure games start on time.
• Facilitate team member breaks; uphold standards.
• Address maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
• Provide five-star guest experiences.
