The Escape Game in Utah is seeking a Team Leader who combines hospitality excellence with leadership. You will guide a 4–15 person team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold our service standards while managing daily operations and game flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks (cleaning, painting, lifting 30–40 lbs).
• Stand for long periods (about 75–80% of shift) and follow uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15 on shift.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Open and close the store to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure games start on time and manage team breaks.
• Address minor maintenance issues and assist with cash/inventory as needed.
