Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at a client site, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction across shifts. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and resolve issues with a customer-focused mindset.

Under the District Manager or Account Manager, you’ll guide teams, participate in hiring, and drive performance while maintaining safety and compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Proficient in scheduling and coordinating staff across shifts.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing levels when needed.
• Maintains knowledge of client facility, rates, venues, and amenities to assist guests.
• Conducts room presentations and assists with bell services and directions as required.
• Engages in hiring processes to assemble capable teams and provides onboarding support.
• Leads by example to foster teamwork and professional conduct.
