Towne Park is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations at a property with nine or fewer GSAs and to ensure service standards are consistently met. You will work under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager to coordinate, troubleshoot, and guide the team.

You’ll lead hospitality-driven service, oversee staffing, and ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships and a professional team environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of GSA procedures and showcased customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently across shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
• Open doors for guests and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain scheduling controls, timekeeping, and accuracy of shift reports.
