Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations at a property with nine or fewer GSAs, under the District Manager or Account Manager. You will coordinate tasks, assist with on-site service standards, and guide the team to resolve issues and improve operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and communication, with responsibilities in scheduling, training, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operations for a property not a 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate and administer tasks under supervision of District Manager.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to the team.
• Help ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and revenue reporting.
