Job summary

The Team Leader at Towne Park LLC oversees the daily operations of a property with up to nine GSAs, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded, under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager.

You will coordinate and administer tasks, troubleshoot, manage scheduling, timekeeping, and staff development, while maintaining client relationships and delivering Aggressive Hospitality as part of Towne Park's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 and pass background, MVR and drug screen.
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of GSA procedures.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission; effectively plan and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing when needed.
• Maintains client service standards and Towne Park’s standards.
• Handles guest/patient complaints with composure and professionalism.
• Completes shift reports and cash handling procedures with accuracy.
