Towne Towne is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations of a property with nine or fewer GSAs, under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager.

The role emphasizes delivering high-level guest/patient service, coordinating staffing, training new associates, and ensuring adherence to Towne Park standards across shifts. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18+ and pass background, MVR, and drug screen.
• Experience: 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of GSA procedures.
• Skills: Ability to drive manual transmission and use MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest service is delivered consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
• Lead team, train new associates, and provide feedback.
• Maintain client facility knowledge and upsell Towne Park standards.
• Schedule, timekeeping, and payroll-related reconciliations.
