Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire/train staff, and oversee performance and financial reporting.

The role involves coordinating with Account Managers, ensuring adherence to client standards, and maintaining operational controls across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s equipment training and revenue/ticketing processes.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing.
• Participates in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Guides associates through orientation, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Maintains relationships with client staff and ensures team focuses on client objectives.
• Drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
• Total 100% effort across all functions.
