LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. You will guide staff, assist customers with selections, and help achieve store success with a focus on quality eyewear and service.

The role requires strong optical knowledge, retail experience, leadership abilities, and the ability to work as a key holder. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED is required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills and problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations; assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In the lab, custom fit glasses and ensure eyewear meets optical standards when applicable.
