Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical theory knowledge and retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic math.
• Ability to provide product recommendations and service excellence.
• Experience with edging, mounting and lens knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• When in lab, oversee custom fits and maintain lab processes.
• Create a safe working environment and maintain lab tools and systems.
