Job summary

LensCrafters seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional service in a busy retail optical environment. You will guide staff, assist customers with eyewear selections, and ensure accurate lens fitting and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will also support lab-related processes, maintain safety, and help train team members in product knowledge and store procedures. This position is on-site in a store location with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong interpersonal and math skills.

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution driven with accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
