Job summary

• Ability to coach and develop Quote Specialists.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload, priorities and resource balancing to meet customer and business needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Quote Specialists through onboarding and feedback.
• Serve as primary day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, products, and commercial practices.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve productivity, quality and responsiveness.
• Partner with regional and global teams to implement quotation policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Foster collaboration across local and global teams and with India-based partners.
• Participate in strategic bid reviews and Area Bid Meetings, providing quotation expertise.
• Maintain trusted relationships with Sales and stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
• Prepare and review complex quotation packages and ensure technical compliance.
