Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead, Digital Power Systems Quotations in the United States. This leadership role combines technical quotation expertise with hands-on team management to coach specialists, coordinate workload, and drive consistent quality and customer responsiveness.

The role partners with Sales, regional managers, and global quotation teams to execute strategic opportunities, manage risks, and optimize bid strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload, priorities, and resource allocation for quotation teams.
• Coach and develop Quote Specialists through onboarding and feedback.
• Serve as primary day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, and products.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and regional/global teams to optimize bids and strategies.
• Build collaboration across local and global teams, including India-based partners.
• Participate in strategic bid reviews and area bid meetings to support opportunities.
• Maintain trusted relationships with Sales and other stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes.
