Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead, Digital Power Systems Quotations in the U.S. to lead a quotations team and drive strategy across regional and global partners. You will coach Quote Specialists, coordinate workload, and ensure consistent quality, customer responsiveness, and efficient bid execution.

You will partner with Sales, Area Sales Managers, and global teams to optimize solutions, manage risks, and improve bid outcomes while upholding company values and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in quotations or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop specialists in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of digital power systems quotations and processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload and priorities for Quote Specialists and optimize productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard team members; promote best practices.
• Serve as day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, and products.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve quality and cycle time.
• Collaborate with Sales and regional teams to drive bid wins and RIS.
• Participate in strategic bid reviews and provide quotation expertise.
• Maintain trusted relationships with Sales and stakeholders to deliver value.
