Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Team Lead, Digital Power Systems Quotations in the United States to guide and coach Quote Specialists, balance workloads, and ensure efficient, high-quality quotations. You will collaborate with Sales, Area Sales Managers and global teams to capture strategic opportunities and drive customer value.

The role combines technical quotation expertise with day-to-day leadership, performance monitoring, and process improvements to meet KPIs and accelerate bid success.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload, capacity, quote assignments, priorities, and resource balancing to meet customer and business needs.
• Coach, mentor and develop Quote Specialists through onboarding, training, feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, products, applications and commercial practices.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive actions to improve productivity, quality, cycle time and responsiveness.
• Partner with regional management and cross-functional teams to implement and improve quotation policies, procedures and workflows.
• Foster collaboration across local and global teams, including India-based partners.
• Participate in strategic bid reviews and Area Bid Meetings, providing quotation expertise.
• Maintain trusted relationships with Sales and stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and recommend solution enhancements.
