Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead for Digital Power Systems Quotations in the United States. You will lead and coach Quote Specialists, coordinate workloads, and ensure high-quality, responsive quotations while partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to win strategic opportunities.

• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of Digital Power Systems products, applications, and quotation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload, capacity, quote assignments, priorities, and resource balancing.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Quote Specialists through onboarding and feedback.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, products, and practices.
• Monitor KPIs and lead actions to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, and responsiveness.
• Partner with regional management to implement policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate across local and global teams to support opportunities and bid reviews.
