Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead, Digital Power Systems Quotations, a working leader in the quotations organization. You will coach Quote Specialists, coordinate workload and priorities, and partner with Sales, Area Sales Managers, and global teams to execute strategic opportunities.

You will analyze customer requirements, develop competitive, technically compliant solutions, identify risks, and drive bid strategy.

• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of Digital Power Systems products, applications, and quotation processes.
• Ability to lead through influence, coach others, and build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload, capacity, quote assignments, and priorities to meet customer needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Quote Specialists through onboarding and feedback.
• Serve as primary day-to-day resource for quotation processes, tools, products, and practices.
• Monitor KPIs and lead actions to improve productivity and quotation quality.
• Partner with regional management and cross-functional teams to improve policies and workflows.
• Build collaboration across local and global teams, including India-based partners.
• Participate in strategic bid reviews and Area Bid Meetings to support opportunities.
• Maintain trusted relationships with Sales and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
