Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the athlete experience by coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs and services.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building athlete relationships.
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities.
• Schedule and manage staff, ensure training and performance coaching.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and store policies; hold teammates accountable.
